3" bottom, a little taller than the 2". I didn't tilt the bottom of this stirrup. I didn't have to. I put more angle on the offset. This stirrup is kinda heavy, but I got some Cutters riding it. Some all-day wheat-field cowboys that really like this stirrup. It's hard to stand up in this stirrup, so it's not for roping. But if you're riding all day, it's pretty comfortable.
